Travelers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following conditions of contract and general information.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
A deposit payments is required at the time of booking, with the balance of RM500 per-person due fourteen(14) days prior to departure.
Please note that all bookings are subject to availability and bookings should not be regarded as confirmed until notification of confirmation is received.
You should be aware that we are acting as an agent for the service suppliers, so when payment is made, all arrangements are still subjects to confirmation. When the arrangements cannot be confirmed, we will endeavor to notify passengers as soon as possible and a full refund will be made. The Company shall not be liable for any further responsibilities.

PLEASE NOTE : In respect of your tour, K.H. Travel is only the agent for carriers and others providing the carriage and accommodation; your carriage and accommodation is undertaken by them on their usual conditions of contract. It is a condition of acceptance of your deposit in respect of this tour that all monies paid by you to K.H. Travel, whether by the way of a deposit or otherwise in respect of the tour, may be disbursed by K.H. Travel as and when it sees fit for or in respect of the services to be provided or fees payable under the tour programmed, and the payment of a deposit for the tour shall be deemed to be a direction by you to K.H. Travel to disburse such monies as aforesaid.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each person shall be responsible for having a valid passport at all the times. This should be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of departure from the last destination of your itinerary. You must have the necessary visas, vaccination, health certificates and all necessary travel documents as required by the various Government authorities of the countries to be visited, (e.g. exit permit, work permit, social visitors pass, etc.).

CANCELLATION
In the event that you cancel your booking and notice in writing is received by K.H. Travel more than 30 days before departure, a RM 200 charge per-person will be imposed. Where notification of the cancellation is received by us in writing the following will be charged :

(a) Between 22-30 days prior to departure
- 15% of tour price.
(b) Between 15-21 days prior to departure
- 25% of tour price.
(c) Between 7-14 days prior to departure
- 30% of tour price.
(d) Less than 7 days prior to departure
- 50% of tour price.
(e) On departure day
- 100% of tour price.

For each amendment made to flights, whether an extension or deviation, hotel extension bookings or similar amendments after the booking has been proceed, an amendment fee of RM25 per-person will be levied. Any additional charges incurred as a result of the amendment made will be borne by the passenger.

K.H. Travel may cancel a booking within a reasonable notice period before the tour departure date, in that event liability is limited to a refund of monies paid.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Our tour package does not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance.

TOUR PRICES
All prices quoted in this brochure are those current at date of publication, and are subject to alteration at the absolute discretion of the Company and, in particular but not limited to, when there are tariff or fare variations or currency exchange fluctuations. It is possible that dates/timings of tours or itinerary may change slightly or even be cancelled after a booking has been accepted. You may then :-
(a) continue the tour as varied, or
(b) accept an alternative tour which K.H. Travel may offer, or
(c) cancel the booking and K.H. Travel will refund all monies in return for surrender of all vouchers.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES :
Airfares, transportation by conditioned coach, van, sightseeing, meals and hotel accommodation as specified in the itineraries.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES :
Cost of passport, visas where required, gratuities to your Tour Manager and coach driver, all airport portages, airport taxes where applicable, laundry, telephone calls, food and beverages unless specified in the itinerary, any other item of a personal nature, and/or items specified in the itinerary as optional.

AIR TRAVEL
Air travel is economy or coach class. The airline nominated by K.H. Travel and airline's passenger ticket when issued is the sole contract between the airline and the ticket purchaser and/or passenger.

UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized or where passengers amend, cancel or otherwise vary arrangements after departure.

BAGGAGE
Medium-sized suitcase per-person (maximum measurement of 736x508x254mm). On all flights, 20 kgs of luggage are allowed. Excess baggage must be paid locally by passenger, and K.H. Travel is not responsible for luggage. However, if luggage is lost or damaged through willful neglect of K.H. Travel, the maximum liability per baggage will be RM 150.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for adults is based on sharing twin or double bedrooms at the nominated or similar standard hotels. Child fare is based on the child as a third person in a twin room of two adults. If a child occupies a half twin as the second person, there is a surcharge. All such surcharges and single room supplements for adults are listed for each tour in this brochure.
For passengers traveling alone, wishing to share a room, every effort will be made to assign such accommodation. However, this is not possible, the passenger will have to pay the single supplement.

MEALS
Meals, including meals on board flights, are as indicated in the brochure.

EXTENSION OF STAY / DEVIATION
Extension of stay/deviation will be at passenger's own expense and transfer to airport will not be provided.
When extension if stay/deviation cannot be confirmed three (3) weeks prior to the group's departure date, passenger is deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. Reverting to the original tour schedule may difficult once the extension of stay/deviation has been confirmed. The ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to the specified airline only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-reissue, non-refundable and non-redoubtable. Any alteration of the touring or change of date by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The Company and or its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred.

POSSIBLE CHANGES
Airline schedules and local conditions may require sightseeing, hotels and routings to be changed. Should this occur, K.H. Travel will substitute arrangements of a similar value. Details of particular tours described this brochure may have changed since the brochure was published. Also, changes in airline fares and other charges and changes in exchange rate may affect the price of particular tours. We recommend that you carefully study the conditions and check whether changes have occurred in the tour you want, before you book. In addition K.H. Travel reserves the right to alter the tour package (including the itinerary) should circumstances so dictate. It may change air carriers to secure fares at special levels, or due departure dates or destinations. If the alteration is made before so that the tour package becomes materially different, the traveler will have the right to either cancel the arrangement and accept a full refund (but nothing more) or else accept the alternative arrangements. If an alteration is necessary after departure then the traveler shall accept that alteration subject to the right to a refund where the altered arrangement is cheaper. We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute hotels. On the occasions where a hotel has overbooked its capacity, it may be necessary to change the hotel to one of similar or superior grade. We also reserve the right to decline, to accept any booking or, after acceptance, to cancel the tour arrangement for any reason (including insufficient number of participants and non confirmation of flight and other arrangements). Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded and we shall be under no further liability to the passenger.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
K.H. Travel and its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals and all tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which such transportation and other services are provided. They assume no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property and all bookings are subject to the usual conditions of local ground operators. The right is reserved to alter or modify itineraries and hotel accommodation in any way necessary in the interest of tour members, or due to circumstances over which the operators have not control. The right is also reserved to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or for the clients, in which event no liabilities whatsoever in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal shall fall upon the operators, save only that there shall be refunded to the clients the monies paid by him in respect of the booking so cancelled or withdrawn. The transportation companies or firms shall exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring of or to the passenger at the time when the passenger is not on board a carrier of conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies or firms. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchaser of these tour and/or passengers. All tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carriers, managing agents or agents.

K.H. Travel will not be responsible or liable (for damages, refund, or otherwise) for :-
(a) Mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine or other circumstances beyond its control.
(b) the failure of the client to obtain required documentation (e.g. passports, visas, health certificates)
(c) The failure of the client to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.

K.H. Travel reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his act or conduct is offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other clients and K.H. Travel shall be under no further liability.
